1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with MLAZ Limited, registered in Nigeria (Registered Office: NO. 7, OPPOSITE AVIATION RADAR, LAYIN ZOMO, ZARIA, KADUNA STATE; Operating Workshop: No.24 3rd Floor, Ecopie Plaza, Arab Road Kubwa, Abuja). By using our digital platform, purchasing footwear, commissioning bespoke designs, or submitting shoes for repairs, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Workshop Services

MLAZ Limited provides four primary footwear services:

• Ready-to-Wear Retail: Finished handcrafted shoes in standard sizing.
• Bespoke Custom Footwear: Footwear constructed to custom specifications, chosen leathers, and foot dimensions.
• Shoe Replication: Bespoke recreation of classic silhouettes inspired by customer photographs, subject to technical feasibility.
• Footwear Repairs & Restoration: Professional resoling, heel restoration, re-welting, and leather rejuvenation.

3. Quotations & Preliminary Estimates

Online estimates generated for bespoke commissions or repair inquiries provide transparent price guidance. Official final invoices are confirmed following workshop review of leather availability, last parameters, and physical welt examination.

4. Intellectual Property & Ethical Standards

MLAZ Limited celebrates genuine Nigerian craftsmanship. We decline requests to apply counterfeit trademarks, branded logos, or proprietary emblems of third-party luxury fashion houses. Replication services focus on architectural last shape, stitching style, and material excellence.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of transactions with MLAZ Limited shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
