1. Our Commitment to Fit & Satisfaction

At MLAZ Limited, our reputation rests on anatomical fit, material integrity, and durable Nigerian craftsmanship. We want you to feel complete confidence in commissioning or purchasing your handmade footwear.

2. Ready-to-Wear Size Exchanges

Unworn ready-to-wear shoes tested on carpeted floors may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a size swap or store credit. Shoes must be in original condition with undamaged soles and packaging.

• The footwear is entirely unworn outside and has only been tried on clean, carpeted surfaces.
• The leather uppers show no deep creasing, scuffs, or sole abrasions.
• All original packaging, cedar shoe bags, and shoe boxes are returned intact.

3. Custom-Made & Bespoke Footwear Policy

Bespoke commissions and personalized replications are made specifically for your individual feet and specifications. Consequently, bespoke orders cannot be refunded once leather cutting has commenced. However, MLAZ Limited provides complimentary workshop fit adjustments until complete satisfaction is achieved.

4. Shoe Repair Guarantees

All workshop sole replacements and structural stitching repairs carry a 90-day workshop guarantee against welt separation or seam defects under normal wear conditions.
