2. Handling of Customer-Uploaded Photographs

Photographs uploaded for custom shoe replication or repair assessments are used exclusively by our internal cordwainers to evaluate construction feasibility. We never share, sell, or publicly display customer images without explicit written consent.

• Sole Purpose: Your images are utilized strictly by our internal pattern-makers and cordwainers to evaluate construction feasibility, materials, and repair requirements.
• No Unauthorised Marketing: We never publish or use your private photographs for marketing, social media, or public display without your explicit written permission.
• Confidential Storage: All uploads are processed and stored securely to prevent unauthorised access.

3. Foot Measurements & Anatomical Data

Measurements provided for custom lasts (length, ball width, arch type) are linked securely to your patron account to facilitate future orders and ensure consistency of fit across your handmade collection.

4. Payment Information Security

MLAZ Limited does not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Online payment processing is managed by Paystack, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Bank transfer transactions are verified directly via official Nigerian banking portals.
